FAQS

Q "How much would a balcony  room cost for a time share of 6 weeks?"

$60,000.

Q"What would happen if you are only half sold,  would the rest of the people have to take the extra expense on?"

We don't want your money until we are totally sold, which should not be a problem.

Q"How long is this ownership for?"

For the lifetime of the ship.

Q"How would you have to pay for refurbishing or major repairs?  "

In one of 2 ways.

1. Maintenance at present is charged more heavily to 1 week time shares, in effect creating a reserve.

2. More expensive repairs are dealt with as they become necessary and are then paid for on a per share basis by the owners of the ship meaning all state room owners.

Q "What expenses do you see besides about $1000 per room per month?? "

Excursions and food.

Q"How would the food work,  would we have a payment per person per day?"

Food is paid for as you go, there are 3 different restaurants, economy, nice and expensive.

So if you eat on the shore there are no food expenses.

Q"Is your purchase a "done deal"? or is it still in the works? "

The purchase of the ship is not a "done deal" but you have to know that the ship at present is too expensive to operate in comparison to all the new "monster cruisers" that came on the line in the last 12 months.

The staff/passenger ratio is too high for commercial exploitation.

Q"Would there be a better price per week for two months instead of 1 week?  could we pick exactly the time we would want?  how far are you sold yet?"

Yes, there will be better prices for two months than one week.

The more you buy the better a price you get and the lower your maintenance cost.

Yes, as of right now you can still pick the exact time you want.

We are not going to tell you how far we are sold yet because of competitive reasons.

We will next approach you with an announcement that we are almost totally sold and that we would like you to indicate to us as to how much time you would like.

Q"I am not sure I understand how it works. If I purchase a $360,000 suite and wish to live in it part-time, do I travel with the ship?"

Yes, you do.

If you only live in it part time, you can rent out or lease out your Stateroom the rest of the time.

We will also rent out your Stateroom for a small fee.

Q"If all suites are sold, who pays the crew? "

The Stateroom owners and timeshares pay a monthly maintenance fee which covers all ship's operating expenses.

Q"Under your new ownership plan, what will be the sailing ports the ship will visit during the year?  will it remain in one area or move around the globe?"

This ship will travel wherever the Stateroom owners want it to go.
