*** BOYCOTT ***
CARLSON COMPANIES
(including Radisson Seven Seas Cruises)

I have had this "Boycott" message here since the site began.  Even though the incident giving rise to the message occurred in 2000, I continue to boycott Calson Companies and call on others to do the same.  The reason for the boycott is not that I am a disgruntled customer.  My initial complaint was relatively simple and straightforward, but the corporation seemed disinterested in dealing with it and ultimately proved dishonest in its dealings with me.  The concerns I raised were never addressed, even though I corresponded them directly to the company's CEO.

Corporate folks at Radisson Seven Seas Cruises and Carlson Companies, including their lawyers and their PR people have visited this site at least a hundred times since it began.  To date, not one has contacted me to address the reason for the boycott -- a failure to stand behind the product they advertise.  The "Yes I Can Attitude" sounds good but there is no follow through.  If you want the details of my experience, they are contained in the "Editorial" below.
